Competitive Team
We offer both boys' and girls' competitive gymnastics programs.
Compulsory Levels 3-5 (girls) 4-6 (boys)
The compulsory program is the entry into the Developmental Program (DP) competitive world, where each gymnast performs the same USAG designated routine and is judged on the predetermined set of performance standards.
Optional Levels 6-10 (girls) 7-10 (boys)
The compulsory program progresses the gymnast to the optional level, where each gymnast performs individual routines and is judged based on each of the levels specific requirements. The competitive team is a year round program designed to build on the basics that progresses one through the levels.
USAG Xcel
USAG Xcel was developed as an alternative competitive program offering individual flexibility to gymnasts. The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience. CNY offers levels silver, gold, platinum, diamond and sapphire. Xcel Silver performs the same designated routine and Xcel Gold through Sapphire have individual routines.
Pre Team
These classes are designed for those girls who have the ability to train specifically for the team program at a young age or have advanced through our recreational program and are preparing for team. There is a heavy focus on conditioning, flexibility and basics. Call for more information about these programs.
